The Sen̓áḵw Mentorship program aims to provide aspiring Nation members and priority workforce with valuable insights into the development industry and foster their interest in pursuing careers in real estate development. The program aligns with Squamish Nation's commitment to economic growth, emphasizing a living wage and community prosperity. With opportunities available from 1 week to 6 months, participants will have the opportunity to see what various fields look like within the Development industry.
